Welcome New Parents! 

For more than 10 years since the school was established in 2012, NCPA has always been very proud and pleased that we have a team of parent volunteers who have always been with us - the Parent Volunteer Association (PVA). NCPA's PVA was officially established in 2015. It is mainly composed of our parent volunteers of all grades. It is a permanent organization of non-profit volunteers. It has been committed to creating a harmonious home-school relationship and communication platform. We hope that there will be more and more parents joining us!
