Orientation Week of SY2223!

From Aug.29th, we started a week of New Student Orientation. At G8 & G9 assemblies on Monday and Wednesday, students met with their principal, teachers, counselors and advisors. Mr. Yeung, the secondary principal, integrated the learner goals of NCPA into student daily life, and encouraged everyone to become better Negotiators, Collaborators, Planners and Achievers. In the classes, students got to know their teachers and classmates in activities having fun. They also got to understand the core concepts and units plan of the course. After school hours from Monday to Thursday, freshmen engaged in a variety of activities in groups, such as team building, meeting counselors and EAL specialists, learning student handbook, intro to Library, learning grading policy, etc. Everyone would have a better understanding of NCPA community in a relaxed way.
