Pre-AP Visual Arts
In recent Pre-AP Visual Arts class, Ms. Vogel has been leading students in creating art works with the theme of “The Two Fears.” The purpose of this assignment is to evoke emotions and create a clear message for the viewers. Students are encouraged to experiment, be creatively interpretive, and ensure that each fear is accurately portrayed.
The students have the freedom to select any art medium, paper type, and size that aligns with their creative vision. This flexibility allows them to tailor their approach and convey their chosen fears in a manner that is not only visually impactful but also emotionally resonant. There are Artistic Approach encourages students to explore various avenues, Emotional Expressions where students focus on capturing the emotions associated with each fear, Narrative Approach encourages students to tell a visual story that incorporates both fears.
