Professional Learning Community 

NCPA is committed to building an effective Professional Learning Community, and we attache great importance to the professional development of our faculty. We offer Learning Teams and Choiced Workshops multiple times per semester, where leverage each teacher’s professional expertise. Learning Teams and Choiced Workshops allow teachers share their teaching experience or expertise with each other, creating a community of shared learning, and setting a model of “collaborative learners”.
