SY2223 StuGo Induction
As the largest and oldest student leadership organization at NCPA, StuGo is a bridge between students and the school, their members shouldered the mission of serving students and the NCPA community. Every school year, they organize various activities to enrich students’ life on campus, such as Halloween Night, Christmas Banquet, Winter Ball, Spirit Week, Talent Show, Marketing Night, Senior Prom, etc.
On October 13th, SY2223 StuGo induction was held in the Gym. StuGo advisors Ms. Baker-Smith and Mr. Groene read out the mission of the organization to the new StuGo officers. President Phoenix Wang, Vice President Yuan Gao, Treasurer Hedy Zhang, Secretary Nichole Huang and Promotion Chair Amber Lin accepted the mission of serving all NCPAers and ignited the candles which symbolize officers of StuGo, officially took over the responsibilities and obligations of being members of StuGo. Then all new members took the oath led by Ms. Baker-Smith, and student representatives from grades 8-12 successively lit candles symbolizing their inauguration.
