Welcome new faculty!

Starting from Aug.15th, we carried out new faculty orientation for new hired teachers to better integrate into NCPA, familiarize themselves with the campus environment and the NCPA community. We held a series of activities for new faculty to understand our communication and school systems, daily responsibilities and policies, our Standard based Grading philosophy and practices,  and how we support our English language learners at NCPA. In addition to one-and-a-half weeks of training for new faculty, all faculty are required to arrive at the campus and prepared for the new school year. Now we are full of enthusiasm to welcome our students!
