AP & CEMC Awards Ceremony SY2021-2022 

On September 27th, we held the annual AP & CEMC Awards Ceremony. The ceremony was held in recognition of NCPAers who had achieved outstanding results in AP exams and CEMC contests. This year, we had 17 AP Scholars, 16 AP Scholars with Honor, 10 AP Scholars with Distinction, 2 AP National Scholars and one student received the AP Seminar and Research Certificate. Students’ academic excellence is related to our solid AP programs. So far, we have provided them with 19 AP courses in various disciplines. Moreover, we are also one of the first international schools in China offering AP Capstone courses to Chinese students. Through this ceremony, we hoped to inspire other students to pursue higher academic goals in their learning journey. Different from previous years, we also celebrated NCPAers’ achievements in the CEMC (Centre of Education in Mathematics and Computing) contests. Housed within the Faculty of Mathematics at the University of Waterloo, CEMC is dedicated to encouraging students to reach further in mathematics and computer science. By participating in the CEMC contests, NCPAers not only build their problem-solving skills, but also increase their chances of being admitted to prestigious universities.
